I've been waiting for this post since my first participation in @detlev 's BEERSATURDAY. And now the time has come. The biggest folk festival in the world has reopened after a two-year break. And like every time since the last 25 years (not counting Corona), I'm right there at the tapping and testing the beer.Auf diesen Post hab ich seit meiner ersten Teilnahme an @detlev ´s BEERSATURDAY gewartet. Und jetzt ist es soweit. Das größte Volksfest der Welt hat nach zwei Jahren Pause wieder geöffnet. Und wie jedes Mal seit den letzten 25 Jahren (Corona mal nicht gerechnet) bin ich wieder direkt am Anstich vor Ort und teste das Bier.

And a short time later, the nice cool drink was already on our table.Und kurze Zeit später stand das schöne kühle Getränk schon auf unserem Tisch.

Honestly, there is no better taste for me than the first sip at the Wiesn, when the whole tent is toasting each other and in full anticipation of a hopefully peaceful Wiesn.Ganz ehrlich, es gibt für mich keinen besseren Geschmack, als der erste Schluck auf der Wiesn, wenn das ganze Zelt sich zu prostet und in voller Erwartung auf eine hoffentlich friedvolle Wiesn ist.
What can I rate here now?Was kann ich hier jetzt Bewerten?
Appearance: 10 points.Aussehen: 10 Punkte.
Taste: 10 points.Geschmack: 10 Punkte.
Layout: sorry, but there is a point deduction, it could be a stone jug. 9 points.Layout: sorry, aber da gibt es einen Punkt Abzug, es könnte ein Steinkrug sein. 9 Punkte.

And now there are extra points. Atmosphere. It's unique and can't be surpassed.Und jetzt gibts extra Points. Atmosphäre. Die ist einzigartig und nicht zu übertreffen.

Let's talk about the foam. It is known everywhere that it makes up at least a third of the beer at the Wiesn. So we were lucky.Kommen wir mal zum Schaum. Es ist ja überall bekannt, das er auf der Wiesn mindestens ein drittel des Bieres ausmacht. Da hatten wir jetzt Glück.

So even the one point deduction for the jug doesn't change the final result. 10 out of a possible 10 points. It doesn't get any better than that. Only in heaven with Aloisius. Then maybe 11 out of 10 points.Also auch der eine Punkt Abzug beim Krug, ändert nichts an dem Endergebnis. 10 von 10 möglichen Punkten. Es geht nicht besser. Nur im Himmel beim Aloisius. Da gibts dann vielleicht 11 von 10 Punkten.
But beware: this is not necessarily a recommendation to buy a Wiesn Festbier from your supermarket. That tastes good too, but it can't compete with this one.Aber Achtung: Das ist nicht unbedingt eine Kaufempfehlung für ein Wiesn Festbier bei eurem Supermarkt. Das schmeckt zwar auch, kann aber mit diesem hier nicht mithalten.
And a few small impressions. Not too much, as I'm sure there will be an extra Wiesn post from me.Und noch ein paar Kleine Impressionen. Nicht zu viel, da es sicher noch einen Extra Wiesn Post von mir gibt.
