Today I am going to review an amazing beer Budweiser.

I must say I am in love with this lager beer. This beer has an amazingly refreshing taste, made with pure barley malt and ABV 4-5%.

Let's talk about the name first, in 1876 an American company Ab-inbev started brewing a beer that they wanted to dedicate to a beautiful city in Czech Repulic i.e. České Budějovice.

Also, in 1895 another german brewery came up with a beer and named it as Budweiser Budvar and since then it has been a legal controversy between the two.

Any how Budweiser has been a hit in the American market initially and also in Asia. However, in the European market, this is marketed by the name of Bud.

The beer has an amazing taste that is obvious it has become the number 1 selling lager beer in the American market. This is a perfect blend of grains, barley malt and rice. Rice normally brings dryness and crispy texture to the beer. Adding rice basically is a gimmick to bring dryness in every sip so that a customer can drink more.

The beer has a pale yellow colour. Whenever you pour it in, creates a large froth that sways into the air immediately that denotes that a large part of rice. The aroma is nice, I could smell lemongrass, I could smell bread which means the wheat is also used. Also, there is some sweet smell to top.

Let's taste it.

Mouthfeel: It is amazingly refreshing to taste the citrus flavours is imminent and fill your taste bud to cut down the sourness of malts. The crispiness always excites me whenever I taste it for a review. I think every ingredient in it is very much calculated. The balance is there, they have not used any of the ingredients to overpower the other. A standard light beer.

How to taste it:
I would suggest take a sip and let the flavours touch your buds and then take another. The second sip will caress your buds with the crispiness of rice and lemongrass and citrus fruity flavour will fill it with joy.
