4 cups of cooked rice or any left over rice
1 sachet Maggi Magic Sarap 8g or 4g of salt
Procedure:

  1. Start preheating the wok on high medium heat
  2. Saute garlic and onions until slightly golden brown

  4. Next put tomatoes
  5. Then add bell pepper, paprika, ground pepper, and curry powder
  6. Put together oyster sauce and tomato ketchup, continue mixing

  8. Lastly add the melted cheddar cheese on top then serve while still hot!

Make sure the bell pepper should only half done and crunchy and always give some taste according to your desired level of taste then adjust. You can garnish on top with fine chopped cilantro or fine chopped onion leeks, add other toppings you want. If you like a little spicy add chili powder to the ingredients.
