Hello, people! Of course, I wouldn't let Valentine's Day end without a drawing! Even though I don't feel motivated to do such things right now, at least I was able to pick up my pen and draw. There's a lot of Valentine drawings I have in my mind which I plan to draw but as always, I can only draw one or worst, none.

One drawing I have in mind since New Year is a Valentine comic of my favorite band ONE OK ROCK. I call this comic, "SANA ALL".

"SANA ALL"

ONE OK ROCK is a Japanese rock band formed in 2005 and currently has four members: Taka, Toru, Tomoya, and Ryota. I've been talking about this band always and it feels monotonous already so just click the link I attached to the band's name to know more about them. :)

Going back to the drawing, it shows Taka asking the other members what they would do for Valentine's Day. Two members (Ryota and Tomoya) already have their own families and obviously, they're not available on this day. On the other hand, Toru will go on a date with his rumored girlfriend which means Taka, the only member who is single right now, will be left alone. Recently, he's been making song covers which he posts on his Instagram account that's why I made him sing his frustrations in my drawing. Sana all~ 💔

I assume you don't know what "Sana all" means. It's a Filipino word which means something like "I hope all" or "I hope everyone". So to explain what Taka means on that situation, he wishes that everyone has a partner. The "Sana all" phrase is a very popular expression here in the Philippines especially for young people. People say it when they are lowkey jealous. But this expression shouldn't be taken seriously because it is only for fun and actually feels like a praise for the person they are speaking to. Of course, this phrase is not only applicable for love and relationship. You can use it to anything that's making you jealous. Lol. When someone wins the lottery, received a gift, accepted to a job, noticed by their favorite artist, or have crafted something really nice. You can say, SANA ALL!!!
