Yes, I've decided to nearly double my stake in this day even in this time of relative uncertainty. Is the reward pool going bye bye? I hope not but understand the sentiment while also see the option as the nuclear one which should only be exercised AFTER all other options have been exhausted.

Perhaps, we will be given an opportunity to take a crack at some of the more pervasive problems but first we must have our minimum viable project and proof of concept as to how the vision of decentralization community moderation can fill a broader external need.

There is a lot of work to be done so consider my investing in this stake a surety to deliver the expectations I have given. Bear in mind, I do this as a hobby in my spare time but we are moving forward. For example, I recently solved the how to generate @hive-engine hot signing link using python utilities problem.

This sort of progress is not a trivial thing and usually requires my putting hours of work that. I greatly appreciate when y'all upvote to compensate the time I put it.

Despite the unknowns, I am still BULLISH

We still have a hell of a lot of talented folks building in this chain. The one I would like to highlight today is @memehub. He is committed to creating a new front innovative Hive platform for memes.

Hell yeah! My brothers and I played the hell out of it on Genesis I have the "Welcome to your Doom" soundbite etched in my memory.

Had an idea of a "Welcome to your Doom" welcome mat but thinking of how I would get started on a craft project like that. Have a ton of other things but that would be a fun one.

Alternatively, "Welcome to my Room" welcome mat. Lol

For sure, I remember last dip and his is significantly lower. Been buying at various intervals on the way down.

Expect it to rebound once we get BTC pullback.

Some don't believe it is sustainable. I am not one of those. I believe there is a solution but it just hasn't been realized yet.

I like to fantasize about what SFR could have been had we a bigger stick. Our token distribution system had issues but we were the only group actively fighting the vote sellers (which is merely a euphemism for vote collusion) and circle jerks, two activities that were a blight upon our ecosystem.

Well it's hard to maintain a coin with so few users, the more users we have, the more people will be interested in buying. If we can grow to the size of steem all time highs in user base, I doubt we will be complaining about the price or sustainability. We will be earning hbd instead of hive at that point and hive will be much more rare and more will want to hold it. I think we are just in a bit of a negative feedback loop from lack of hype. People became much more skeptical after all the different steem drama over the years

We will be alright as long as we all stick around and keep at it. I wish it was before btc moons so we could moon from a much higher position. But oh well
