En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes cómo me fue en mi entrenamiento en compañía hasta la cumbre de Ocumare de la costa, donde realizamos un trabajo de subidas y planos⛰️🛣️🚲, les quiero mostrar un poco del recorrido y algunos tips para rendir en la bici🔥, así como algunas reflexiones personales acerca del deporte💪🦵.

On this occasion I want to share with you how I did in my training in company to the summit of Ocumare de la costa, where we do a work of climbs and planes⛰️🛣️🚲, I want to show you a little of the route and some tips to perform on the bike🔥, as well as some personal reflections about the sport💪🦵.

This training was carried out on June 23, in the company of two of my cycling🤝 friends, however before I could go to train I had to make a stop at Letourbike🛍️📍 as my bike had run out of brakes🤕😩;
Y ante todo la seguridad, pues hay que estar atentos con eso🧐, sobre todo si se va a hacer un trabajo de montaña y subidas🛣️⛰️.
And above all safety, because you have to be attentive with that🧐, especially if you are going to do mountain work and climbs🛣️⛰️.
I left my house at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon, to meet my friends who were 7 kilometers away from my house🏠 (who served to warm my legs🚴♀️);
De allí salimos a un paso rotado hasta Rancho Grande, a un ritmo de 10-15 kilómetros por hora en subida🚲🔝.
From there we leave at a rotating pace to Rancho Grande, at a rate of 10-15 kilometers per hour on the climb🚲🔝.
Upon reaching the top of the mountain we hydrate and prepare for the descent⛰️⏬;
En el cual me dio tiempo de pensar que tengo que realizar algunos trabajos de fuerza (una relación más dura🥵🔥) pues siento que la estoy perdiendo.
In which it gave me time to think that I have to do some strength work (that is, with a harder🥵🔥 relationship) because I feel that I am losing it.
A little below the summit we stop, to observe the beautiful view of Maracay🏙️ and Lake Valencia🚣♀️ ;
Pues aunque no estoy saliendo ni rindiendo como antes😔 me permito disfrutar de las cosas pequeñas que me bridan las rutas en bici🚲.
Well, although I am not going out or performing as before😔 I allow myself to enjoy the small things that the bike🚲 routes give me.
After all, sport is to be enjoyed by one and to experience what our body🦵💪 is capable of, spend a different time and enjoy the present🔍;
Al final del entrenamiento nos hidratamos nuevamente y compartimos con pan🍞 y un bello atardecer🌄.
At the end of the training we hydrate again and share with bread🍞 and a beautiful sunset🌄.
A tip I give you to improve is to be consistent with exercise and vary in routes and routine🚴♀️🏋️♀️;
Finalmente les comparto el registro de mi actividad física que realicé en strava📲 y otro consejo es comer sano, consumir proteínas🥚🍳🍲 y vitaminas🍎🍌🥭 (influye en el rendimiento).
