Para todos los que en algún momento confluimos en foros de opinión, es un paraíso interactuar en una comunidad como lo es HIVE. Los foros de opinión en el pasado fueron una herramienta que disfruté al máximo, con el tiempo fueron desplazados por el auge de las redes sociales. Pero el estar en una plataforma en donde puedas expresar tus ideas, intereses, debatir y aprender asimismo de un grupo con las mismas afinidades es algo que muchos realmente disfrutamos y más aún si nos podemos expresar libremente y sin censura.

For all of us who have ever converged on opinion forums, it is a paradise to interact in a community like HIVE. Opinion forums in the past were a tool that I enjoyed to the fullest, over time they were displaced by the rise of social networks. But being on a platform where you can express your ideas, interests and interact, debate and learn from a group with the same affinities is something we really enjoy and even more so if we cannot express ourselves freely and without censorship.

La libertad de expresión implica el derecho fundamental de expresarnos libremente. La Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos, en su artículo 19 expresa:

Todo individuo tiene derecho a la libertad de opinión y de expresión; este derecho incluye el de no ser molestado a causa de sus opiniones, el de investigar y recibir informaciones y opiniones, y el de difundirlas, sin limitación de fronteras, por cualquier medio de expresión.

• No ser molestado a causa de sus opiniones: Cada acción realizada en HIVE consume recursos, por lo que generalmente nadie está encaminado a desperdiciarlos tratando de molestar a otros. De igual forma, el spam, el plagio y el abuso no están permitidos en nuestra plataforma, en HIVE contamos con un Chat exclusivo para denunciar este tipo de hechos, lo que la desmarca totalmente de las redes sociales convencionales en las que somos más vulnerables en muchos aspectos.

• Investigar y recibir informaciones y opiniones: En HIVE el contenido es diverso y de valor, incluso las informaciones que son tomadas de la web, a las que se le debe citar apropiadamente respetando los derechos de autor, son expuestas de manera que el autor exprese su propia opinión sobre el tema originando así, debates e interacción en la comunidad, de forma libre y sin censura.

• Sin limitación de fronteras: Uno de los factores determinantes en el éxito de HIVE es su descentralización, de igual forma, cada día se expande hasta los distintos rincones del planeta, acá aunque hay muchas comunidades en donde nos agrupamos según nuestros intereses y afinidades, al final todos somos unos y tenemos en mismo norte.

Freedom of expression implies the fundamental right to express ourselves freely. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, in its article 19, states. "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."

• Not to be disturbed because of their opinions: Every action taken in HIVE consumes resources, so generally no one is directed to waste them trying to annoy others. Similarly, spam, plagiarism and abuse are not allowed on our platform, in HIVE we have an exclusive chat to report these types of events, which totally discourages conventional social networks in which we are more vulnerable in many ways.

• Investigate and receive information and opinions: In HIVE the content is diverse and valuable, even the information that is taken from the web, which should be quoted appropriately respecting the copyright, are exposed in a way that the author expresses his own opinion on the subject thus originating, debates and interaction in the community, freely and without censorship.

• There are no boundaries: One of the determining factors in the success of HIVE is its decentralization. Similarly, every day it expands to the different corners of the planet, here although there are many communities where we are grouped according to our interests and affinities, in the end we are all one and we have the same north.

Las redes sociales son uno de los mayores instrumentos de expresión que tiene la sociedad, sin embargo esa libertad ha ido mermando y cada vez es más visible y palpable la intención de control de las grandes élites dueñas de casi todos los medios centralizados.

La censura en Internet implica formas implementadas por los estados u otros grupos no estatales con el fin de suprimir, controlar, dominar el contenido que le llega a las masas críticas… En HIVE, siempre y cuando no trasgredas ninguna norma, puedes expresarte libremente y sin temor a la censura.

Por esta y muchas razones más es que HIVE se convirtió en corto tiempo en la principal red social descentralizada, referencia para muchas otras.

Social networks are one of the greatest instruments of expression that society has, however this freedom has been diminishing and the intention of control by the great elites who own almost all centralized media is becoming more visible and palpable.

Internet censorship involves forms implemented by states or other non-state groups in order to suppress, control, dominate the content that reaches the critical masses... In HIVE, as long as you do not transgress any rules, you can express yourself freely and without fear of censorship.

For this and many more reasons is that HIVE became in a short time the main decentralized social network, reference for many others.
