I wouldn't have Lent you my game had I known you were going to not use it for 40 days.
"I think you should quit the bacon and eggs for a while."
"I don't mind the concept of diets, it's their lent that bothers me. Anything more than a few hours feels wrong."
There's nothing "fast" about these 40 days of no meat on Fridays, thats for sure...longest 40 days of the year.
Maybe if The fish were a little faster,they wouldn't end up in my belly every Friday!
My original joke was gonna be an elaborate telling of the time i met the easter bunny but it involved the lending of an easter basket for 40 days and i made the mistake of reading the comments (which is probably for the better) someone else made a much more succinct version of this joke

With the time it took Jesus to walk through the desert, you’d think that someone would hopefully have lent him at least a camel and he refused to eat it, making everyone else not eat meat.
