Orange Gloom Handmade Clay Keychain

Hello, how are you? It is my goal to make an Orange Gloom, and today I am going to fulfill that goal is going to get real today. These past couple of days I've been trying to do something. My plan this month is for me to go out more often, but that plan is completely erased because of how the weather is making me not go out.

So yeah, back to the topic, I've been loving making everything about Orange lately to the point that everything I wanted to do is about Orange, but I manage to stop that for a while because I have too many things to do. So yeah, I am going to make an Orange Gloom clay keychain. I hope you like it.

Materials I Used:

Craft Time!

First, I made the head first this time, which is what I do: I condition and weigh it.

Roll it around my palm to shape and smooth it at the same time

Then shape it into a head and set it aside for later.

For the orange, I pretty much do the same thing on the head condition and weigh it.

Then shape it and smooth it by rolling around my palm.

---

Using a metal ball, I made a dent where I am going to add the head of Gloom.

And then using my dotting tool, I added the texture of the orange.

---

Same as using a toothbrush, I use it to add texture to the skin of the orange.

---

For the leaves and stem, I am going to use lime green clay and then roll it thin.

I added shades to the orange using soft pastels and a brush just to make it more orange hehehe.

And then cut a portion of it that I am going to use.

Then I added the parts one by one.

I made a hole for the stem.

---

I added the stem.

---

For the leaves, I press them to make it look like it using my needle tool. It gives texture to it too.

Added them one by one.

Then I added the head and made a map of the part of its face using my dotting tool.

Roll a small clay and then I added them one by one.

---

Same for the eyebrows.

For the nose, I use pastel pink, shape it into a triangle, and cut the bottom to make it look like a nose.

Then I added the lips by rolling a very thin line of clay and cutting it with an X-Acto knife, adding them one by one.

Then, for the blush, I added it to both cheeks and nose. I use soft pastels and a brush to apply it.

This is just an experiment I added hair on in LOL.

Then I added the eyepin.

Bake the clay and let it cool down.

For extra protection and to make the charm shiny, I added UV resin, and then I applied it using a nail polish brush.

And cure it under a UV Lamp for a few minutes.

To add the keychain, I put the jump ring along with the keychain into the eyepin.

Then lock it using my two pliers.

---

Orange Gloom is made!
