Hello friends, I hope you are doing well! Christmas is coming soon, and we can't forget to decorate our homes. That's why I decided to make a Christmas decoration for the house, but this time I got most of the materials from my backyard. So I made a reindeer out of dry sticks from a fallen plum tree.

Materials I used

• Thick and thin wooden sticks, preferably dry.
• Machete
• Nails
• Hammer
• Rope
• Black and brown paint
• Red ribbon
• Christmas flowers
• Garland
• Lights

Step by step

We need to collect branches to make the trunk of the body, the four legs, the neck, and the head of the reindeer. We also need to find some branches shaped like reindeer antlers.

To make the trunk of the reindeer's body, take two thick branches and cut them to the same size.

We must peel the branches or trunks and secure the branches by hammering nails into them! We do the same to attach the two legs using two thinner branches!

This is how the trunk piece of the body and the four legs look!

For the head, I used this trunk

With the support of two branches for the neck, I attached the head to these two branches with nails! and joined them with a rope at the lower part of the neck

This is the result!

I finally found a branch to use as the reindeer's antlers and attached them with a little instant glue and sheets of paper.

To cover up the sheets of paper at the bottom of the horns a little, I used natural flowers and leaves. I also painted some eyes with black paint and added some shadows and dots with brown paint.

Then I decorated it with things I already had at home, such as poinsettias and red ribbon.

I also put a garland on the back of the reindeer!

Hola amigos, espero que te encuentre muy bien! Pronto ya es navidad y no pueden faltar las decoraciones navideñas en nuestras casas. Por esta razón tuve la iniciativa de hacer un arreglo de navidad para la casa, pero esta vez los recursos utilizados en su mayoría los saque del patio de la casa. Asi que hice un reno partiendo de palos secos de un arbol caído de Ciruela.

Materiales que utilicé

• Palos gruesos y delgados de madera, preferiblemente que esten disecos.
• Machete
• Clavos
• Martillo
• Mecate
• Pintura negra y marron
• Cinta roja
• Flores navideñas
• Guirnalda
• Luces

Paso a Paso

Debemos recolectar ramas para hacer el tronco del cuerpo, las 4 patas, el cuello y la cabeza del reno. Tambien debemos conseguir unos ramas en forma de cachos de reno.

Para hacer el tronco del cuerpo del reno debemos tomar dos ramas gruesas y cortar estas piezas del mismo tamaño.

Debemos pelar la ramas o los troncos y debemos fijar las ramas martillando las ramas con clavos! Asi mismo hacemos para pegar las dos patas utilizando dos ramas mas delgadas!

De esta forma queda la pieza del tronco del cuerpo y las 4 patas!

Para la cabeza usé este tronco

Con el soporte de dos ramas para el cuello fije la cabeza a estas dos ramas con clavos! y los uní con un mecateenla zona baja del cuello

Este es el resultado!

Finalmente encontré una rama para usarla como los cachos del reno y los pegué con un poco de pegamento instantáneo y hojas de papel.

Para tapar un poco las hojas de papel que estan en la zona baja de los cuernos, utilicé flores y hojas naturales. Ademas tambien le hice unos ojos con pintura negra y le hice algunas sombras y puntos con la pintura marron-

Luego decoré con lo que ya habia en casa, como flores de navidad y una cinta roja.

Tambien coloqué una guirnalda en la parte trasera del reno!

Espero que les guste, y sobre todo lo que mas recalco es que utilicé materiales que ya tenia en casa, asi que pueden hacer lo mismo!

Pero como las luces no pueden faltar....
