School Friend’s Relation is Pure one	স্কুলের বন্ধুদের সম্পর্ক হচ্ছে খাটি

I am from a village of Cumilla District here in Bangladesh. Thus, my childhood memories are very interesting. We spend very quality time throughout the village. Upto School like that is Secondary School I stayed at home. After that I went to several educational institutions. The memories and Adda with College and University Friends are very sweet. But I found some artificialness in those adda and relations. Some interest as well. But the memories with school and village friends were very much authentic and pure. We were amateur that’s why demands were a few and passed time from the bottom of the heart. Felt real love for each other. I miss my college and University friends very much but the problem is they are away from me right now. As they are from different districts so I can’t meet them when I want. For job purpose they are saperated as well. But Village and School Fiends are forever as they are from nearby villages. At least 4/5 times in a year we meet. Meet with some of them about each Friday. That’s why I have chosen to share adda memories of School friends here.	আমি কুমিল্লা জেলার ছোট এক গ্রামে বড় হয়েছি। তাই আমার শৈশবের স্মৃতি খুব মধুর। আমরা শৈশবে গ্রামে অনেক মজার সময় পার করেছি। আমি মাধ্যমিকে পড়া পর্যন্ত বাড়িতেই ছিলাম। এরপরের পড়াশুনা বাড়ির বাইরে থেকে। কলেজ ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বন্ধুদের আড্ডার স্মৃতি খুব মধুর কিন্তু আমার কাছে ওই সম্পর্ক ও আড্ডাগুলো অকৃতিম মনে হয়নি। স্বার্থ খুজে পেতাম ওই আড্ডাগুলোতে। তবে স্কুল ও গ্রামের বন্ধুদের সাথে সম্পর্ক ও আড্ডা খাটি মনে হয়েছে। আমরা ছিলাম অপরিপক্ক এবং কোন সার্থ না থাকায় মন থেকে সময় দিতাম। একে অন্যের জন্য প্রকৃত ভালবাসা অনুভব করতাম। আমি আমার কলেজ ও বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বন্ধুদের মিস করি কিন্তু তারা এখন অনেক দূরে। যেহেতু তারা একেক জন বিভিন্ন জেলা থেকে তাই আমি তাদের সাথে যখন তখন দেখা করতে পারি না। স্কুল ও গ্রামের বন্ধুরা চিরদিনের কারন তারা সবাই পাশের গ্রামের। অন্তত ৪/৫ বার প্রতি বছর আমাদের দেখা হয়। কারো কারো সাথে প্রায় প্রতি শুক্রবারে দেখা হয়। এজন্য আমার কাছে গ্রামের বন্ধুদের সাথে আড্ডাই সেরা যা আমি শেয়ার করতে যাচ্ছি।
During School Life, it was as usual adda but now it’s very interesting adda most of the school friends. In different occasion like Eid, Puja, Summer, Winter Vacation, Ramadan Vacation, most of us come back to home from workplace thus we normally have long Adda in the morning and afternoon. Some of my friends come from different countries in vacation. So, its huge gathering all together. We like to have some tea, snacks etc. We choose different food menu different time according to the choice of most of us. Most of the time, those foods are sponsored by anyone who has passed different occasion like birthday, happy news etc. If I like to talk about the topics. It ranges huge. There is no limitation. It starts form childhood happy memories to The World Condition. Economy, love, Politics, Sociology, Science, Religions are the core categories of gossip having lots of fun. Place is very convenient near the Bazar. We seat on or beside a Bridge near the river so the area is fresh and cool. Normally we go to bazar for any shopping even if we don’t like to join adda. So, in the morning and evening, the Adda continues with its style. If we know that, any friend is at home now, then we call him to join us.	স্কুল জীবনে স্কুলের বন্ধুদের সাথের আড্ডা ছিল সচরাচর কিন্তু এখন তাদের সাথে আড্ডা খুব মজার। আমরা সকালে ও বিকেলে দীর্ঘ আড্ডা দেই যখন বিভিন্ন ছুটিতে যেমন ঈদ, পুজা বা অন্য কোন ভেকেশনে সবাই বাড়ি আসে। বিদেশ যাওয়া বন্ধুরা আসে বিদেশ থেকেও। ফলে এটা একটা মিলনমেলা। আড্ডার ফাকে আমরা কিছু নাস্তা করে নেই পছন্দ অনু্যায়ী যা অনেক সময় একেক জন স্পন্সর করে থাকি। যখন কারো কোন অকেশন যেমন জন্মদিন বা কোন ভাল খবর তখন সে স্পন্সর করে থাকে। আড্ডার টপিক নিয়ে বলতে গেলে, টপিক এর শেষ নেই। বাল্য কালের স্মৃতিকথা থেকে শুরু করে বাদ যায়না বিশ্ব পরিস্থিতিও। অর্থনীতি, রাজনীতি, বিজ্ঞান, সমাজ, ধর্ম, ভালবাসা সবই আড্ডার বিষয়বস্তু। বাজারের পাশেই নদীর উপর নির্মিত ব্রিজ বা তার পার্শবর্তী এলাকা আমাদের আড্ডার স্থল। জায়গাটি খুব মনোরম। জায়গাটি বাজারের পাশে হওয়ায় অনেককে না চাইলেও আসতে হয় যেহেতু বিভিন্ন প্রয়োজনে বাজারে আসতে হয়। আড্ডা চলতে থাকে সকালে আর বিকালে। কেউ বাড়িতে আছে জানতে পারলে আমরা তাকে কল করে ডেকে নেই।

We make different plans like visiting to one of our friend’s house for harvesting some mango, coconut, Boroi etc. from this Adda. We just finish those fruits. Most of our friends have different fruit at their home. So, we go there for those. In season of different fruit, we go to the field directly to have taste of that altogether. On Eid and Puja Time, it’s very much enjoyable Adda with several topics and going to one after one’s house for taking several foods. Most of us eager or count days to meet us and join the adda even me. I always think that, how much days to go. Feel so good with passing time with all of them. Sometimes we make some serious plan, sometimes do some research, sometimes solve quarreling between two of us, some times joke cross the limit of tolerance. So, there are some quarrel and fight between two or three but all of these are a source of fun. As I have mentioned that, most of us eager or count days to join the adda. It’s very funny. We like to take decision instantly about visiting anywhere around us. As most of us involved in different job, so we like to pass some quality time with friends in vacation and share some fun as well. Hot topic of the adda is about the Wife of All. Because we like to underestimate/joke each other in the context of Family (wife’s) pressure. It’s the core topic of adda. As we are in haor like areas, sometimes go to boat travelling in the winter season. Most attractive thing is party. By collecting fund according to the ability of us, arrange party of Goat, Swan, Chicken etc. Sometimes it’s bound to offer party by the friends who has come from abroad. On Party days, we play cards till end the cooking. In this way our ADDA, variations and party continue.

আড্ডায় আমরা পরিকল্পনা করি কিভাবে কার বাড়ি গেলে আম, ডাব পাওয়া যাবে। যেই কথা সেই কাজ। আমরা গিয়ে সাবার করে আসি সেসব ফল যেসব বন্ধুর বাড়িতে যেটা পাওয়া যায়। মোসুমে আমরা মাঠে গিয়ে সরাসরি মৌসুমী ফল কিনে খাই একসাথে। ঈদ ও পুজার সময় আড্ডার টপিক খুব আকর্ষনীয় থাকে। এসময় বন্ধুদের বাড়ি বাড়ি ঘুরে আড্ডা দেয়া ও খাওয়া হল প্রধান কাজ। তাই আমদের অনেকেই দিন গুনতে থাকি কবে বাড়ি আসব ও আড্ডা দিব। আমি নিজেও এটা করি। এভাবে সময় কাটানোটাকে খুব ইঞ্জয় করি। মাঝে মাঝে আমরা খুব গুরুত্বপুর্ন প্লান করি, কখনো ঝগড়া থামাই দুইজনের, কখনো কোন বিষয়ে খুব গবেষনা করি, কখনো মজা তাই মাত্রা ছাড়িয়ে ঝগড়ায় রুপ নিলে তা উপভোগ করি। কিছু ঝগড়া- বিবাদ লেগেই থাকে যা আসলে মজার উৎস। এজন্যই আমি আগেই বলেছি এই দিনগুলো কখন আসবে আমরা মুখিয়ে থাকি। কোথাও আশেপাশে ঘুরতে যাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে আমরা খুব দ্রুত প্লান করে ফেলি। যেহেতু সবাই কোন না কোন প্রফেশনে আছে তাই ছুটিতে এই সময় কাটানো ও মজাটা সবাই খুব উপভোগ করি। বিবিরা হল আড্ডার গরম টপিক। কার স্ত্রী কাকে কতটা পেইন দিল এটাই হল মজা নেয়ার মূল ঔষধ। যেহেতু আমরা অনেকটা হাওরের মত এলাকায় বাস করি সেহেতু মাঝে মাঝেই বর্ষাকালে নৌকা ভ্রমণে বের হই আর পানি ছুড়াছুড়ি করি। সবথেকে আকর্ষনীয় বিষয় হল পার্টি দেয়ার নাম করে খাসি, রাজহাস, মুরগি ইত্যাদি খাওয়া। বিদেশ ফেরতি দেরকে একটা পার্টি দিতেই হয় যদি তার অবস্থা ভাল থাকে। পার্টির দিন কার্ড খেলা হয় যতক্ষন রান্না শেষ না হয়। এভাবেই আমাদের আড্ডা, ছুটির দিন, পার্টি চলতে থাকে।

I am very much happy to be a member of this community. Being a native of that community origin, I can enjoy both Bengali and English contents. Its very good feeling to me.
