It is familiar to us all about lobsters, especially Indonesia. A very perfect moment for me. Lately the national media is very viral with natural lobster for export abroad.
Indonesia is known for its rich natural resources, and especially in the field of marine products, as we know together with the magnificent of all its natural contents, and in particular the field of oceans.
The national media is very Viral about lobsters, moreover there is a national figure who cultivates large-scale lobsters, he is a former marine minister in Indonesia Susi Puji Astuti -red,
If about Mrs. Susi Puji Astuti this is no stranger, because she is very disciplined in protecting the territorial sea of ​​Indonesia in her former term.
However, on this occasion I do not extend about it, but I will be more interesting to discuss the health benefits of lobster.
Here I peel about the health benefits of lobster
Lobster is a type of sea animal that is almost a type of shrimp, lobster is also a very popular seafood dish besides fish, shrimp, crabs and other dishes.
Lobster which has the scientific name Nephropidae,which is also famous for its very expensive price and type of food is categorized into the category of 'Luxury', but from the luxury it is very real substances contained therein and its nutrition is very good, and also the nutrients contained such as:
Vitamin E, Iron, Zinc Zinc Phosphate, Fatty Acid, Vitamin B12, Omega-3, Carbohydrates, Fat, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin A, and many others,
Those are the substances that I mentioned above, so from this type of marine animals are categorized into 'Luxury'.
However, that's not all, in accordance with the Title I gave above, about what are the benefits of the lobster, see a little explanation below ...:
Minimizing the risk of anemia, this is one of the benefits of lobster, this I make sure because clearly I mentioned above contained iron. Then the function of iron is to minimize anemia.
Of course that's not only the benefits of consuming lobster, for example by consuming lobster is also useful for maintaining body stability, maintaining healthy tissue, caring for brain health from thinking, caring for bone health and many more, and for this continuity, you can open a book about lobster,

Tidak asing bagi kita semua mengenai lobster, khususnya Indonesia .Sebuah momen yang sangat sempurna untuk saya.Akhir-akhir ini media nasional sangat viral dengan lobster alami untuk di eksport keluar negeri.
Indonesia dikenal dengan kekayaan alamnya yang sangat kaya, dan khususnya di bidang hasil laut , seperti kita ketahui bersama dengan sangat megah dari semua isi alamnya,dan khususnya bidang lautan.
Media nasional sangat Viral tentang lobster, apalagi ada seorang tokoh nasional yang membudidayakan lobster besar-besaran, dia adalah mantan menteri kelautan di Indonesia Susi Puji Astuti -red,
Jika mengenai Ibu Susi Puji Astuti ini tidaklah asing, karena dia sangat disiplin menjaga turitorial lautan Indonesia di masa jabatannya dulu.
Namun, pada kesempatan ini saya tidak memperpanjang mengenai hal tersebut, tapi saya akan lebih menarik untuk membahas mengenai manfaat untuk kesehatan dari lobster tersebut.
Berikut ini saya kupas mengenai manfaat untuk kesehatan dari lobster
Lobster adalah jenis hewan laut yang hampir sejenis Udang,lobster juga hidangan laut yang sangat populer selain ikan, udang, kepiting dan sejenis hidangan lainnya.
Lobster yang memiliki nama ilmiah Nephropidae,yang juga terkenal dengan harganya yang sangat mahal dan jenis makanan ini dikatagorikan kedalam katagori 'Mewah' ,namun dari kemewahan tersebut memang sangat nyata zat-zat yang terkandung didalamnya dan gizi nyapun sangat lumayan ,dan juga nutrisi yang terkandung seperti :
Vitamin E, Zat besi, Tembaga Zinc Fosfor, Asam lemak, Vitamin B12, omega-3, Karbohidrat, Lemak, Kalsium , Magnesium, Vitamin A ,dan masih sangat banyak yang lainnya,
Itulah zat-zat yang saya sebutkan diatas, maka dari hal tersebut jenis hewan laut ini dikatagorikan kedalam 'Mewah'.
Namun , bukan itu saja, sesuai dengan Judul yang saya berikan diatas , tentang apa saja manfaat dari lobster tersebut , simak sedikit penjelasan saya dobawah ini...:
Meminimalisir resiko anemia , ini adalah salah satu manfaat dari lobster, hal ini saya memastikan karena jelas saya sebutkan diatas ada terkandung zat besi. Maka fungsi dari zat besi tersebut untuk Meminimalisir anemia.
Tentu bukan itu saja manfaat dari pengonsomsian dari lobster misalnya dengan mengkonsumsi lobster bermanfaat juga untuk menjaga kestabilan tubuh,merawat kesehatan jaringan tubuh,merawat kesehatan otak dari kecapean berfikir, merawat kesehatan tulang dan masih sangat banyak lagi , dan untuk kelanjutan ini bisa di buka buku mengenai lobster,
Untuk kelengkapan dari tulisan saya ini saya juga bisa memasyikan untuk efek samping dari lobster tersebut,,dan jika proses konsumsi secara berlebihan akan bahaya, jadi itu saja efek samping nya.
Inilah sedikit uraian saya mengenai lobster dan semoga tulisan saya bermanfaat bagi kita semua.

I do wonder about the benefits of consuming lobster for thee lobster itself. Hmmmmm.... I think also the health of environment from which the lobster comes affects its health as a food source, or not. Do you farm or fish for them yourself?? Or does your community rely on lobster of its income??
