The way I am Enjoying the Taste of Mango || Taste Tuesday

I got some mangoes as a gift in the middle of the lockdown, because this is the mango season, although the good ripe mangoes have not arrived yet. However, the people of our country prefer to eat raw mangoes in extreme hot weather. In particular, raw mango juice cools the heart. Besides, the culture of our country is to make different types of raw mango pickles in a special way and preserve them for a long time. Although there are different types of mango pickles, such as many people like to eat sweet pickles, while many people like to eat sour pickles.

Since we are all different in terms of taste, I also have some differences in taste. But yes, I like raw mango pickles very much. Which is why I made pickles with some of those mangoes, of course it's sweet pickles. Because I prefer sweet national pickles. Especially after any meal, a little sweet pickle helps to bring fullness to the food. This is why I always like sweet national pickles.

The way mango pickle is made in our country, first the mangoes are made into small slices, then they are dried in the sun, then they are converted into pickles by special type of spice ‘pachamporan’ and mustard oil. However, many people use turmeric here again. In that case, first mix turmeric in the mango slices and then let it dry in the sun.

Another mango item of my choice is amsatta, although in most cases amsatta is made with ripe mangoes, but my wife can also make amsatta with raw mangoes. Whose taste is excellent. In fact, amsatta is a special way to make mango paste and then dry it in the sun and store it for a long time. In this case also that special spice ‘Pachporan’ is used.

After all, life is never enjoyable, but we have to make it enjoyable through our efforts. And there are different ways to make life enjoyable, one of which is to taste food. This is why I am also trying to make life and times enjoyable by making food of choice through mangoes. Although these special items of mango are part of the culture of our country, we have been familiar with them since childhood and we have developed a kind of love for their taste.

This definitely looks really good.Tap on another fabric made like this,At our place we used to boil unripe mangoes first and use sweeteners, but I don't know what it's called.
But I think it looks better in your place,You also use a lot of sweetener seasonings.

In Ukraine, the price of mangoes are too high and not available. I miss eating mango pickles and ripe mangos with milk and rice.
