Introduction

Am not here to tell you to actually close your eyes and take a deep breath to experience some sence of worth. That is just a get quick scheme.

I will be sharing four dimensions of life that can increase your self worth through practicing them.
These four aspects is not new to your ears, in fact it is something every single one of us are familiar with but do we really do it?

Am sorry to say this, but I dislike a lot of motivational speakers who tell me to take actions without telling me how to take actions. I love the detailed ones, not just merely the shallow ones who just have the words but not the knowledge. The detailed ones knows that he can't just tell everyone to take actions because you never can tell the anticipated actions of men, some is to take actions to finally produce a product worth thousands of dollars in an environment that can barely afford luxury even down to its city. Those kind of action needs detailed advice of the "How".

Why am I saying this? Am actually not going to be shallow but in details tell you how you can become consistent with these dimensions and gain some level of control and sence of worth in your life if only you follow the series. I will be highlighting just one today.

Doing things that brings self worth is way better than merely affirming it.

The Dimensions

Physical Dimension(Step 1):

this entails the things that concerns your body, muscle and physical health. Hey, did you stretch your body today, for at least 30mins? Or, did you stroll? What kind of food do you eat? How do you relieve your self from unnecessary stress? So we are going to look at the three subsets of the physical dimensions which are:

Excercising does a lot of good for the body. It makes one light in moving around. You become more energetic in doing several tasks without being quick to become weary. It is very important to start this every morning to prepare you for the day. I know a lot of people do this, and I also know a lot of people don't do this. The lack of exercises has been major reasons of diseases at old age. Start each day with the desire of making your heart pump faster.

It can be jogging, running, walking fast, skipping or dancing.
I know you gonna ask me how this will increase your self worth?

Well, when you are energectic, you become more positive and positivity creates an atmosphere of worthiness.

This aspect is highly needed to live healthy. What you take in is far important than what you take out. Eating good food is even more important than burning calories(even if the two is necessary). When you take something that causes chest burn with wrong proportions will only make your day very uncomfortable. We need to be concious that we follow right proportions that might avoid over weight.

Well, this helps your self worth when you don't become sick by what you eat. Trust me, no one goes out there to become better in their various tasks with illness even with the slightest of cheat burn, very uncomfortable!

Stress Management:

I think a whole number of people don't really engage in this exercise. Managing stress, is firstly avoiding unnecessary things that is not important that could take so much strength from you.

Secondly, if you are found in that box of never returning to your comfort zone because of all your tasks are inevitable for your success, try doing a therapy every morning you wake or maybe at work when you are anxious or pressurized. You could try pursed breathing or box breathing therapy which helps one to relive anxiety and stress. We have a lot of therapy to manage stress, some of them may be taking a vacation, have some leisure, going to the beach without your gadgets. Just taking some time out doing nothing but just seeing yourself and loving who you are.

This is the most important when it comes to self worth. This has do deal with stuffs within you that weighs you down. Nothing weighs a man down more than emotional stress. But hey, this can also be physical stress too ,so you could probably go to the spa and get some massage. When you are focused mentally, it increases your desire of worthiness. You feel more intelligent and feel very productive.

You might not see the results of self worth doing all these but just give it a try, you will be amazed.
