You can go on and on and still not finish statements that comes from frustrated minds. Can you think of this very one thing?
Do you think people with these words in their heads will ever create, invent something or at least be happy with themselves first of all? Am not talking about people who sometimes get angry and says these things like I do sometimes and later on pick up back to their motivated mood. Am focused on people who actually has made these mindset their lifestyle, happiness is like a story to them not an experience and trust me, even an average self worth is far from them achieving. Well, if that's you, have also been depressed and broken but hey, truth been told, life won't do anything about it.

Like I told you earlier, have been depressed and broken before that made me failed woefully in school several times. Have tried accommodating more depression to myself that almost made me mentally crazy. Why would I even want to continue that, I guess the mind was pretty sick. My story might not be so effective because am not a star, maybe if beyonce had said this, you might become better, even me too. But this doesn't change my reality. Until you train your mind for possible challenges to come, you will end up been a victim of depression and not just once.

Let's Deal With The Mind For A Great Self Worth


The mind is a great weapon for physical activities. If the mind does not capture anything, the body will do nothing. That shows how the mind is totally responsible for what we do and how we do them. We all know how bad we feel during illnesses, this is also the same way a lot of people minds are sick but it is never obvious until it breaks down and affects their physical activities.

Your mind can only increase your self worth only if you constantly exercise it. The brain also need exercises just like your body muscles in order for it to perform better and faster.

Have you noticed that whenever you read often you tend to solve critical and immediate problem very fast? Imagine if that problem was in the office? Won't that have boost your self worth amongst your colleagues? O, yes!

Here are four fundamental ways to balance your mental health for a great self worth, they are:

1) Reading

Running is one hell of an exercise, your heart pumps blood faster but it is not a comfortable excercise, phew!, is there really any comfortable excercise? I guess it all depends on the length one can go even if is just raising just a finger. This also applies to your brain. To make your brain think faster, become more rational and critical in brainstorming you have to run the brain by reading in a consistent habit. Reading makes you to talk in your head, you are saying words loud but within you. This helps your mind to capture every word you read to yourself per second. That shows how much of a great task the brain has to work for you.

When you are able to train your mind to read, your brain muscles becomes ready to solve any problem you might be faced with. Trust me, every problem solver is always an hero, this obviously increases one's self worth.

2)Visualizing

Am not saying you should become joseph the dreamer boy in the bible or becoming a prophet but rather, visualizing what you want. Building your mind to capture imaginery pictures and videos in your head helps you in your reality, it helps your mind see the end of things(business, inventories etc). Notwithstanding, believing in imaginery visuals is never enough, action is the stamp.

I visualize my self in a fashion house someday and each time I get to my fashion school, I become more confident and brilliant at my tasks just because I have seen the woman I want to be. That is what visualizing does, it boost you to trust your guts and this enables you take delimma decisions and by so doing, you become aware of your self worth which obviously has increased.

3)Planning

Now, you've read and visualize, the next thing to do is to plan how to get to that imaginery picture. Planning trains your brain to think critically and not just thinking but creating a method of operation. I want to own a fashion school, how do I get capital? Or a loan?, where should I build my brand? Who are my target markets? Brainstorming through all these questions and answering them helps your brain in critical thinking also. This has also help me to never remain in a problem for a long time, I always look for the next move to make. I thought I was a superwoman each time I do it, until I realize it was as result of merely planning my day every morning and my future everyday.

4)Writing

Every single one of us in this platform is doing something that is commonly right, which is writing. The task on how to compose what you want people to read keeps your brain on a running rail. Writing also speaks to your head, before you start writing, you've began talking in your head.

In conclusion, words of affirmation and believing in them is very good for great success on your day to day activities. It creates an imaginary picture too of what you want. This helps too
