Relationship is very important to every society that want to be developed but the major priority for every individuals is actualize our core relationship with mutual friends and not only that should be dependence on our commitment and support in order for both parties to succeed. Aways pay attention to the people who struggling with to be dependence on you because you may need there reliance on them tommorow. The best ways to do that is to pay more attention to the people who always want the best for you.

Most times having a relationship can take a lot of serious efforts and a long standing habits, but the major things is how competent you are to keep your relationship with people. We need to invest on our competent and changing our emotions on developing our personal credibility. Don't let us believe that individual will change there behavior if you don't do anything to it but for you to change people behavior definitely you must firstly change your own perception about others and prioritise your competence on them.

However, our relationship to people can be problematic sometimes and it can be a problems in two different ways either to supporter of one person and which can be a jealous on others and secondly people can bring there experience which can create a lot of complications in the relationship. When you find yourself as the leader of a community, you need to create a cordia relations among your followers so that you can get more awareness on what the community want for the development.

Before I drop my pen for today, developing our relationship with people and make a better emotional intelligence can make the difference between success and failure in life, you need to be the sources of people contributions to the betterment of the society, although you may face a lot of emotional challenges when trying to help others in developing intelligence likes ignore, laziness and ignorance but you don't need to look at it, just play your role and leave the rest of God.
