Corona Depression | Mental Health during Covid!

Everyone knows about it how the coronavirus is affecting our daily life. We talk about the economic crisis, joblessness, how our daily life changes, and every other thing. I'm not saying mental health is the least discussed topic but we surely don't put as much attention as it needs.

Just yesterday, I became Covid negative. My symptoms were not severe and I was almost fine physically. It was like regular flu. But my stamina is gone, my inspiration and motivation are long gone. I'm not feeling like doing anything productive. I became so very anxious, short-tempered, and all. All these are making me feel really worried about my mental health the people around me!

You will see, everyone is talking about mental health care for all of us but not specifically for the covid survivor. At least I've not seen much discussion about it around. That's exactly why I'm writing this today.

If you are a corona survivor; if you know anyone around who is a corona survivor then you must know 'mental health is as important as physical well-being during covid. I think, the way we and people around us take care of physical health, sooner or later it will get back to normal. But to get back to our normal emotional state taking care of mental health is way more necessary.

I can give my example!

Including some self-care routine to our daily life is the best helpful technique as I found. Doing something you love, like a coffee and book, a good warm bath, doing meditation or praying; anything that makes you happy.

Also, talk about how you feel. People will not understand why you became so rude if you don't talk about it. It will let the people around you help you cope with the situation.

Depression is worse in every way. Take care of your mental health, take professional health if necessary but don't just sit there thinking it will be fine in a few days. I don't think it works that way. Because the situation of Covid is not improving, we have to live this life for longer. So it's better to take action now.

It's been a while I'm writing. It's like a self-motivation talk. I was pushing myself to do something productive so that it can make me feel less depressed. And here I'm!

Hope my words help you!

This is very important to remember... whether for the current world situation, as well as "everyday life". I am glad to hear you are starting to feel better, and in the same breath, send you continued positive energy and vibes for continued healing. Do look into the @naturalmedicine Community, as they too are working on a Mental Health initiative... Love and light my friend...

Edit: I hit reply, before thanking you for continuing to share my #thoughtfuldailypost movement TAG

This was a self-reminder but I think we should be more concerned about mental health. Good to see you find this helpful.
I'm with the NM community and learned many things there.
Thanks for your words and support. It truly means a lot!
Have a great day :) :)
