Coffee lover, anyone?
Here is something for your sweet tooth!
You can call it 'Coffee Pudding'. It's eggless, easy to make, and delicious to eat. If you are tired of making the same dessert, you can try this. I can assure you it will give a different taste to your taste buds.
This was my first time trying this recipe and I'm amazed by the taste. It tastes just like coffee with milk. It feels like I'm eating coffee!!
Let's see how to prepare it...
Take five teaspoons of cornflour, half a cup of water, one cup of sugar, and mix it together. Take two teaspoons of instant coffee and mix it with some water.
Two cups of milk and boil it. Add the coffee mix. Stir until bubbly/boil.
Add the cornflour and sugar mix and stir continuously. It will take a few minutes like five or seven minutes to thicken the mixture. Don't stop the string or it will be lumpy.
Pour the mixture into a serving dish and let it cool. Rest in the fridge for two hours and it will be ready to eat.
Cut it, sprinkle some coffee over it and it's ready to enjoy!
It may not look very appealing. But believe me, it tastes awesome. If you are a coffee lover, you will definitely love this.

I heard about it first time. Well here is coffee chocolate that is like Cubic substance version of coffee. But Coffee Pudding that you shared here is seems tasty and easy to make.
This is not any popular dessert, I also heard and tried it for the first time. And the taste worth it.

I actually did, it was very nice, it didnt look as good as your picture but it was good. except i may have used more coffe than needed because it was tasting a little too bitter. I really liked the texture though, very creamy...
I guess the taste depends on what type of coffee you are using. I used the light one so the taste was mild. But hope you enjoyed that different taste.
