Ratargul Swamp Forest is one of the divine places in Bangladesh. If you never visited a swamp forest before then I would tell you to have the adventure. Ridding on a boat and discovering a forest surrounded by water is something unusual but amazing.

I had the chance to visit this wonderful place two times and I would grab a chance again if I get. This place is located in the northwest part of Bangladesh and actually, the place is very rural. But that's the best thing I guess. Because you will see less crowds and can totally enjoy nature!

The place is surrounded by river so there's no other way to visit the inside of the forest without water vehicles. Don't worry. There are many 'ready to hire' boats available. Just hire one and explore the amazing forest.

There's a watchtower inside the forest. You can go upstairs and enjoy the whole place from above.

And the boats. They are one of the major attractions. I didn't have the chance to ride boats that much so I really enjoyed the ride there.

Also, this natural forest is full of different birds and animals. I have seen parrots, monkey, and squirrels there. And snack is also very common.

I can assure you, it's a good place to have a totally different kind of travel experience. The whole journey will take only half a day to cover. So anyone can easily visit this amazingly beautiful place.
