Unity and love should guide us not greed

Human beings are created to live in peace and harmony. The creation story simply explains that we are created in the image of the Supreme Being.

But the goal from which man was created has been destroyed by man's greed and hatred for one another.

The world was first at peace but later, we started being greedy and love to dominate everything.

The world today is different from its original creation. You will agree with me that naturally, the world is beautiful but this beauty is contaminated by the beings in it.

We destroy everything that seems to be in our way. We use deforestation to destroy our world.

Every beautiful lake is turned to tourist centre where homes are built for money.

Man is driven by his own lust to acquire all and be in total control. If anything is still existing peacefully, it means we haven't found a reason to disturb it for whatever reason known to us.

Our greed extends beyond nature. We even destroy one another for our personal gains. The world today is about how opportune you are and how you are able to amass wealth from that opportunity.

Have you even asked why we could not live on peace as human beings? First we created racism by separating people by color.

This in turn create disagreement and hatred among human beings. Some colors consider themselves superior and others are seen as inferior.

If this was the original intention of creation, I doubt if we would have existed in the first place.

The intention of the creator was pure and true but the create turned out differently.

There is a need for us to retrace our steps back and see ourselves as one with one goal.

We need to kill the greed and understand that love and unity should be the goal and our reason for existing.
