Human being is a great surprise of nature. You may find some creatures greater than human body, faster than human run and furious then human do; but it is that true all of that creatures are dominated by human being.

What is the inherent power of human that make it capable to dominate the world: this is Intelligence.

The world recognised philosopher Platon stated that knowledge is the power.

A few days later, due to the advancement of science and technology, the term knowledge was replaced by technology. People started to say that technology is the power.

But due to the exposure of huge open source knowledge on internet based work, people again started to say that information is the power.

All technologies, informations and knowledges are now at on your own hand. You may catch it either you want. So the term again replaced by strategy. Today it is called that strategy is the power.

So the definition of the source of power is been changed. Actually we are looking on the branches of the tree. That's why our vision is being changed with time. If look at the root level of the tree you will find that the terms we used to define the source of power as knowledge, technology, information, strategy and so on.. everything are based on our intelligence.

Yes intelligence is the ultimate power of human being.

The third world countries like Bangladesh has huge population. And we know that peoples are natural assets. But having a lot of natural assets, these countries are lagged behind than the western countries due to remaining the brains unused.

People's brain is the source of intelligence that resemble to land. If you let off your talent land uncultivated, this asset is useless. So that is how the human resources remain useless due to not proper nursing and cultivating on the right track.

The time is being changed. A few days ago we could blame to the lack of facilities. As I have mentioned that now everything is open source, so anybody want to adapt anything he can find it easily even though a simple smartphone.

Let me give you an example. I am a teacher of textile engineering college. I deliver speeches about textiles and also conduct some practical classes about how to do the coloration of fabrics. But all materials and process sequences are available in the internet video channels like YouTube and others. So if anybody want to learn by his own, he may go through that videos and do it easily.

Many young entrepreneurs are doing that. They don't have enough knowledge about textiles. But they are doing small enterprises like making t-shirt, kamij etc. by learning from internet and they are really doing well.

So today the lack of facilities doesn't being a major concern. If anybody has eagerness and put his efforts on right track, he must overcome this barrier.

Then why some people is still now left behind- that is the question. If you observe 5 persons who try to learn something from internet and to apply it in real life, you will find the level of that five persons performance is not staying same. They are watching same video and trying to do this in the same manner, but the quality of their job is not on the same track. That is the differences between intelligence.

There are two major concern.

• Person is intelligent by born. If anybody don't have enough intelligence it is not possible to achieve.
• We have a certain level of intelligence, but we cannot utilise its hundred percent. Sometimes we use 40%, some of us 30% and even some of us can use only 10% of their total intelligence.

As a person don't know what is his level of intelligence, so he should try to maximize his intelligence level to achieve maximum outcome.

There are some factors that enhances intelligence level like mathematics, motivational events, incentives, atmosphere, self motivation, psychological treatment, puzzle solving etc. These may boost up the efficiency of intelligence.

The legging behind persons even don't know that they have how much intelligence in their own. I have remembered about a story of elephant related to this issue.

An elephant was caught by some circus players at its childhood. They bound it with a chain. Whenever it was jerking wanted to become free from chain, they give it punishment with hot iron. So it became frightened.

When it had grown up, it doesn't required enough stronger chain to tie it as its mind setup was such that it thought it could not be able to break the chain. So a very weak chain bound it and the elephant remained effortlessly.

We are like that. From our very early age we became like the elephant due to our circumstances. When we were child we tried something to do and failed. Now we are effortless saying that we could not do beyond our border.

If oneday one can realise that our border is much broader then that we think, only that time he come to know that he will be able to do something extraordinary.
