Human being have been changed a lot over time. But one thing that has persisted from the beginning of human creation to the present day is the high ambitions of human being. They always want to gain the top, want to go higher, want to touch the sky. It's not bad to desire, but if the stairs are not proper, then the consequences become very unexpected. Do you remember Icarus, son of the master craftsman Daedalus? He is the character who wanted to touch the sky with wings made by feathers and wax; the result was so..

I am talking about the Greek mythology of Icarus. Icarus and his father Daedalus were imprisoned on an island by the king of Crete. Who does feel good to be in exile on a island? So they planned to escape from the island.

As Daedalus was a great craftsman, he constructed wings from feathers and wax. He and his son Icarus flew away using the wings. Daedalus warned his son not to fly too high. But Icarus ignored his father's instruction and tried to fly upper side of the sky.

He flew so high that the wax melted away with sun's heat. So Icarus tumbled out of the sky and fell down into the deep sea. He looked at his father with helpless eyes from a far distance and died after falling into the sea.

Still now the blood red horizon basically reminds us about the red bleeding on heart of Daedalus for his falling son.

Although the story of Icarus is a fairy tale of Greek mythology, the allegory that always carries the meaning of Greek mythology behind the mythical fiction is still relevant in the modern age in many cases. Same way, the truth behind the story of Icarus is also visible in the existing society.

Many young people in our society want to raise up their social status and do something on their own. It's good that it helps young people to become entrepreneurs, but many people make mistakes when they meet success. They become greedy and blind.

In the recent past, we have seen that many young people in Bangladesh have wanted to become rich in the short term. Many fraud company have used their emotions and got benefit by cheating.

In all case, we have seen that the old experienced person warned the young generation, but the youngers have not heeded that prohibitions.

It is also seen that young people often make some foolish decisions when start small business without any idea about the business. Business always has to take some risks but it should be calculative. Otherwise it becomes so much that can't be absorbed by the new entrepreneurs.

In this way, many young people's dreams are shattered and their tumbled out of the sky and fell down into the deep sea as like as the Icarus.
