The infant stage in your business is the bedrock of your business
When it comes to business you have to make sure that you deploy strategies that will help to see you winning along the line. If you check the list of people running same business with you, you will discover that it is as if you are in a battle field competing against a lot of humans. Their intention is to make sure that in such field with yours they are regarded as the best. They will never stop until they got it achieve. This is the more reason you have to be serious with whatsoever you are doing.
Everybody are in the battle field to ensure that their product is simply the best. They want to show the world that they are good in such field, immediately they got customers attention captured, the others might struggle to attract such customers since they are ahead of you in same field. This is the more reason I have always warned that once you are new into business you should make sure that you give your business your best to the field. If you play with your business at the initial stage, you will struggle to cope as time goes on.
The thing that motivates me to write about this post is what a friend of mine told me. It lead me into putting this post together. I just feel like it will be better to share this information to any person who will want to go into business as rim progresses. This post will be able to educate them on what to do. I will be happy that I am able to use this post to impact their life positively. I will also talk about the experience I got from my business also, at least with all this, they will be educated and motivated.
This my friend is into cake baking. She applied for the learning process about four (4) months ago and with just few days into the baking business she is doing awesomely well. She knows a lot about the baking business to the extent you will think she has been into the business for years. I was really surprised and to wrap it all you need to see how her seniors in the field are already running to her so that she can teach them more about the baking work/business.
There is one thing I guide her with which gives her the privilege to be ahead in the presence of her friends in such trade. I told her that she should try and get a good phone. If she has this she should make sure that after she is being taught by her master or teacher on that day, when she got home she should make youtube and google her friend. What I mean is that she should go to Youtube and search on what her master or teaches teaches her on that day. She will end up seeing a lot of videos on same topic and with that she will be able to learn more.
The good thing about YouTube is that everything you are trying to learn is being done through videos. This will help you to understand what you are learning so fastly because it is done practically compared to google where everything is being done in a audio way. So she embraced the theory way which is Youtube and she was able to learn a lot because of the video ways of leaning.
With such way of learning, she did far better than everybody in her field. Now the second step I teaches her is that since she is new to the field i.e the baking business, she should make sure that she should not in any way allows any body to assist her to make her cake or other things if she is being given baking job. If you trust any body with your work, some person's will go extra miles into ensuring that they do your cake poorly so that people will start complaining bitterly about your work. If such act happens, just prepare for the worst because that person and all his friends and families members will never in any way patronise you again. This will end up spoiling your business for you, you have to be wise when it comes to people you are allowing to assist you with your business, if not the bad name will stick to you forever and you will never see customers again. The bad name won't follow your friend because it is not she that was given the job directly, so the name will stick to you.
Your infant stage in any business is what will shows if you will do well in your business or not. If you are very wise in life you should never joke with this stage. Taking your infant stage very serious is what will attract your business to more ears as time progresses.
