My own life was the sacrifice
I found myself back to the real world,
Looking straight out into the open lake,
I knew I needed to get back.
....
....
I needed to get back to that world of my dreams,
Where my happiness matched the super bright sunbeams,
I couldn't hear any of my wife's annoying screams,
And I had no reason to think about my low self esteem.
....
....
I was in my Paradise,
A life that was worth giving my old life as a sacrifice,
This was where I needed to be,
I had to stay here,
And I was willing to pay any price.
....
....
I went back and forth,
Weighing my life for all it's worth,
And I decided,
To have my eternal Paradise,
My own life was the sacrifice.
