The Letter "W" for Alphabet Hunt

Come along and join in the fun as we search for words that begin with the letter "W" for this week's Alphabet Hunt!
I'll kick off my Alphabet Hunt with this dwarf greeting you with a warm "WELCOME" wish today!
WELCOME!
It is customary to have a WELCOME mat in front of one's front door in the United States, mostly used for guests and residents of the house to wipe their shoes on before they walk inside.
This weathered WELCOME mat is located in front of the walkout basement door where many feet have tracked in and out on it over the years -- both human and canine!
Wet Woods
After an undesirable drought at this time of year, too much rain is falling now. With strong winds, the dry leaves on the trees are dropping to the ground from the excessively wet conditions before having a chance to turn their vibrant yellow, orange and red autumn colors.
At least the water on the new, treated wooden deck looks great and it won't warp.
WASHERS
We recently bought this game of washers take on an extended weekend trip we took to Branson, Missouri to celebrate three members of the family's birthdays with the intent the family would play outdoors while enjoying the nice weather before Winter comes. Good times!
WORKOUT
There is absolutely no reason not to workout when there is a fitness room with a weight machine in your home -- unless it's laziness!
WEIGHTS
Naturally you have to check to see that your exercise routine is paying off and you're losing weight by stepping on a scale. This sleek digital scale is very accurate.
WATER
After all the sweating, it's time to quench my thirst with water and equally important to drink at least 6-8 glasses a day to stay hydrated. Furthermore, drinking water instead of sodas and sugary beverages helps you lose weight.
To save the environment and landfills, I usually refill the same glass with water throughout the day instead of using plastic water bottles. This photo was taken on the vacation we took and it's also when I drank La Croix LimonCella sparkling water for the first time. It tastes amazing!
WIZARD

I know what Washers are, but I had no idea that they have made a Washers game - looks nice.
I have lost Weight by drinking Water instead of !BEER and by going for Walks instead of doing Workouts or even lifting Weigts.
This was another great hunt, @NinaHaskin, you have done a very good job and found cool W words 😊

Nice "W" words, not so sure about the workout though, water yes glass bottle and glass to drink from everyday, stay away from wasteful plastics that are doing so much harm to our environment.
Sad to hear the trees are not coping with the deluge of rain, wishing you a wonderful weekend and have a super time playing games with the family @ninahaskin unfortunately I did miss the "U &W" in alphabet hunt being out of town, hey now for the last leg!
