Lilacs
Lilacs always bloom too fast. This is the first sad sign: summer is already in full swing. It's not the beginning anymore, the first days are over. Autumn is very far away yet, July has not even begun, the nights are light and short, long summer sunsets call for walks. But this isn't the beginning anymore. There is no more taste of anticipation, there is no time to plan and invent, time to take action.
Every year we want to lengthen these first days as much as possible, when there is no hurry, when you can just go and admire the lilacs.

oh wow...we got the lilacs blooming maybe mid-april here in France...It shows a real difference of climat indeed.. 😉

In April we still have snow sometimes:) The first foliage on the trees appears in May. Thank you!
