Income tax is based on the average SIM token price over the last 3 days, when the price goes down, this tax should go up and decrease inflation and vice versa when the token price going up.

Yup! Though I'm just leaving it alone for the most part... Today is the first time seriously looked into my cards in a long time.
I believe high taxes are a temporary thing, so I don't take them in consideration when I upgrade my city.
