In PH it is funny to see sometimes the people wearing warm clothes while u are in shorts and t-shirt :D But is u stay there few years u also will feel cold :D
20 Celsius is About 68 Fahrenheit for me. I have been in a space where I felt 20 C to be so cold. Now I dont find it so cold but the temp changes more slowly and not as quick. That is the difference.
