Sounds terrible. Watching the same content online won't be illegal though, it is just a matter of how you're getting the signal?

They are not going to be able to enforce the law on online content without building a "Great Firewall" like China did. I guess government wants to reduce the flow of information. There's many people in the country wo don't even have access to good internet.
