The pancake looks so fluffy and delicious that I have the urge to make one myself. Is there any important points that I should remember when using the skillet?

I admittedly used Aunt Jemima Buttermilk pancake mix for this...
Just followed the directions on the back which makes 10-12 and poured it all in one hot buttered skillet. Cooked on medium height on the stove for just a minute then popped it in the oven at 360 for about 15 minutes. Definitely something I will do again, but next time will add blueberries or chocolate chips!
