Today we went to Raging Rivers, which is a water park about 90 minutes from home. Some of my activity came from swimming in the wave pool, some from walking up the steep hills to get to the top of the water slide, and some from generally walking around the park. It was a great 90 degree day to be hanging out in the water!

To me, water workouts are such a great way to feel the burn! You did really well and I think overall, you are doing awesome!
