Nezvykle klidná středa. / Unusually quiet Wednesday.

Po dlouhé době jsem pod 50k. V práci "pouhých" 38k a zbytek je odpolední procházka. Dopoledne jsem projížděl Novohradské hory. I zde "řádil" kůrovec, ale není to tak markantní, jako v lesích kolem Českých Budějovic.

After a long time, I'm under 50k. At work "only" 38k and the rest is an afternoon walk. In the morning I drove through the Novohradské Mountains. Here, too, the bark beetle "raged", but it is not as striking as in the forests around České Budějovice.

In the afternoon, Sue and I grabbed the dogs and wandered along the forest roads, where nothing should drive. And yet it is full of cars. In one section we met a running dog and his mistress in the car followed him. This is one of the things I absolutely don't understand.

On the way around one pond I took a few pictures. The lead clouds threatened the rain, but in the end only a few drops fell. Maybe next time there will be a beneficial rain.

Odpoledne jsme se Sue popadli psy a vTouláme se po lesních cestách, kde by nemělo nic jezdit. A přesto je zde plno aut. V jednom úseku jsme potkali běžícího psa a za ním jela jeho panička v autě. Tohle je jedna z věcí, které absolutně nechápu.

Cestou kolem jednoho rybníka jsem pořídil pár snímků. Olověné mraky vyhrožovaly deštěm, ale nakonec spadlo jen pár kapek. Snad příště přijde blahodárný déšť.
