Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my Yesterday Daily activities.

In the morning I went to the industrial zone to help the workers in a screen print. A few activities as in the afternoon. The fall's air started to Blow, the first rain arrived on our and nearby cities. In the afternoon I trained my self with some low-effort exercises and had shower. Then I had dinner - turkey and tomatoes - and watched some videolessons before falling asleep.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri.

In mattinata sono andato in bici nella zona Industriale per aiutare gli operai in una serigrafia. Poche cose da fare. Ieri ha iniziato a tirare aria d'Autunno, le prime piogge sono arrivate sopra la nostra e le vicine città. Nel pomeriggio mi sono sciroppato qualche esercizio poco faticoso e mi sono fatto una doccia. Quindi ho cenato - tacchino e pomodori - e ho guardato qualche videolezione prima di andare a nanna.
