Meine Actifit-Report-Card: Juli 14 2020

Hello sports friends. Today I got most of the steps at work together. After work I was still out with the dog. Since it had rained a bit today, a puddle had to be enough to cool down. 🤣 And of course I also did some sport. Not very much, but at least a little bit. Some pushups in the morning and some walking in the afternoon. And of course I was with the dog.

Hallo Sportsfreunde.
Heute habe ich die meisten Schritte auf der Arbeit zusammen bekommen. Nach der Arbeit war ich noch mit dem Hund unterwegs. Da es heute etwas geregnet hatte musste eine Pfütze zur Abkühlung reichen. 🤣
Und natürlich habe ich auch etwas Sport gemacht. Nicht sehr viel, aber wenigstens ein kleines bisschen. Am Morgen einige Liegestützen und am Nachmittag etwas Laufen. Und natürlich war ich mit dem Hund.

That's a really nice dog. I also want to adopt a dog but then I thought what if i couldn't take proper care.

I'm currently searching for a good source for income then I'll get one. Really need such friends to be around with
