A Good Day, Finally! April 4 2020
Yesterday, after a long string of failure days, I was able to reach my 5k step target. This is far from ideal but we're in lockdown and going out is limited, not to mention risky.
Yesterday I had to go to the farmers market and another grocery store that is in the opposite direction. Going to the farmers market means going down on a set of stairs and also going back up on my way home. Walking to the grocery store was an extra and helped boost my stepcount.
The weather was so so. It was -4°C in the morning, which is a bit chilly for this period of time but apparently dressed meant nothing.
My biggest fear this period is getting a cold. With covid19, if I get a cold and my temperature goes up every a little bit, I have to report it as it could be a cold or covid19. You can't know what it is and better safe than sorry. If I get sick, everyone in my family is in trouble. That's why I need to dress appropriately to avoid unnecessary complications.
I just hope this covid19 madness ends in a month, although highly impossible.
