Another failed day with half of what I should have right now. Yesterday I've been busy with cooking and baking. That took a lot of time and because it wasn't a shopping day, I fell short at the end of the day.
I'm struggling between my creative work and sport if you can call indoor cycling a sport. It's my backup plan for days in which I can't reach the target.
Now I tend to dedicate more time to my creative work and neglect cycling.
Tomorrow I'm going shopping, so that will be a 5km walk, that's going to help my stepcount for sure.
