My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2020

Today, my walking is special because my little best friend joined me to catch the early morning sun!
We walked around the neighborhood, and enjoyed it so much, because as he said, "it has been a long time since I've been here!" It warmed my heart seeing him enjoying himself!
I slowed down my pace and he quickened his, meeting halfway. It was a short walk for him, since he nearly had blisters because he didn't wear his walking shoes, being excited to see the sunrise!
Then we went home, for him to rest, and I continued walking, and it was all pleasant! ❤
We spotted a very dainty Rosal flower (gardenia jasminoides), and it reminded me of #alwaysaflower by @dswigle. Rosal is not a family of roses, I think. It doesn't have thorns, and it is very fragrant--one of the most fragrant flowers I have had encountered! 😍 (Sorry for the not so good take. The dog was barking at me when I took this picture! Hahaha! 😂)
