My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2020

in Actifit2 months ago

Beautiful weather and I finally made another count over 20,000 👍. This was from a combination of bicycle riding for an hour and a few walks.

The bird in the photo was getting a feed from the flowers on this tree.

Weekend is go I hope you have a good one😎

That bird has a good camouflage to sit over there, eating.

Yes and it would be very beneficial I would think.

Good to hit 20k again. Have a good weekend.

Indeed it is and hope you have a good weekend to.

Great stepping with over 21k steps and fantastic picture with that beautiful bird. Its plumage camouflages it among the background, I almost never saw it.
Enjoy a wonderful weekend ahead :}

Cheers buddy have a good weekend.
