My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2020
I played an eighteen basket disc golf course with a couple of friends this morning. I ended up with a two over par score for the round.
We were all tired or had other thing to do today so nobody wanted to play a second round. I ended up doing a bit of pacing this evening to get my full 10K steps.
During the round I found a nice new Champion Beast disc in the middle of the fairway. It was close to where I found the rainbow colored Champion Boss disc a few weeks earlier.
There was no name on it and the disc was brand new. I had just traded a DX version of this mold for a Pro version and now I've got a Champion version. Of all of these plastics I like the Champion plastic the best with the Pro a close second.
This is going to be a very nice addition to my bag, although the last time I found a nice disc with no name on it on the course, I ran across the owner soon afterward and returned it.
It was an interesting looking sunset this evening. Not many clouds but some hazy looking air around the sun. The sun looked extra big but it was tough to capture that on the photograph.

Interesting you have a green ring around the sun perimeter. I saw that on some sun pics I took as well.
I think the camera went into hdr mode when I took the photo but there was such a large difference in the lighting that the sky colors were changed a bit. I think it still looks nice but as with most sunset photography not quite what you remember seeing at the time.

Exactly! I think that is the challenge of photography...to capture not just the scene, but the feel of the scene.
Playing a basket disc golf is my hobby, but i haven't the field for that, so sad 😢😢
I hope a field is made there for you. There are many available around where I live. They seem to be getting more popular and new ones have been created recently.
hi my best friend. the first picture was really amazing. from the sun's lighting, a rainbow formed on the edge. has anyone seen that? this is really a very perfect take.
Thank you! I did seem like an unusual result. There was a big variation in the amount of light and the camera did not exactly match what the sky looked like. I thought the result came out nice though. (Perhaps the camera captured what I did not see - the sky was too bright to look at directly for long.)

@lightplasher I mean the photo you took is very good. in the sunlight there is a rainbow that I see. however! You did not mention in your writing about this rainbow. Continue your good work because I am always there for you. and glad to see all your work my friend.
Till you said you found the owner last time, I was thinking someone was leaving Easter Eggs..... since you were finding them in plain site.
