(EN) Hello, this is my Actifit report.
The press was sore all day today. What book could I read. Nor was I able to go for a walk.

Why scientists can't find medication for headache other than pain relief? This is ridiculous. Pain relievers damage the kidneys. Anyway, if I start talking about it, I'm thirsty.

I'm writing a few hours later right now. My headache subsided and I went for a walk. Unfortunately, I went back home before I could walk a lot.

Bugün bütün gün basım ağrıdı. Ne kitap okuyabildim. Ne de yürüyüşe çıkabildim.

Bilim adamları neden baş ağrısına ağrı kesici dışında ilaç bulamıyor? Bu çok saçma. Ağrı kesiciler böbreklere zarar veriyor. Neyse bu konuda konuşmaya başlarsam susamam bir daha.

Birkaç saat sonra yazıyorum şuan. Baş ağrım azaldı ve yürüyüşe çıktım. Ne yazık ki fazla yürüyüş yapamadan eve geri döndüm.
