This is my Actifit daily report. I had a little headache today. So I waited for my head to go away and went out. I took a long walk. It is nice to have a walk, you listen to the headphones, listen to the song and you are dreaming. Of course, provided that you do this in pedestrian areas!
Today I made the analysis and suggestion of a movie called "10,000 BC." It's a very nice movie. I recommend everyone to watch.

Bu benim Actifit günlük raporum. Bugün biraz başım ağrıdı. O yüzden başımın ağrısının geçmesini bekleyip dışarı çıktım. Uzun bir yürüyüş yaptım. Yürüyüş yapmak çok güzel bir şey kulaklığını takip şarkı dinliyorsun ve hayallere dalıyorsun. Tabii ki trafiğe kapalı yürüyüş alanlarında bunu yapmak şartıyla!
Bugün "Milattan önce 10.000" diye bir filmin analiz ve önerisini yaptım. Çok güzel bir film. Herkesin izlemesini tavsiye ederim.
