My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2020
It was another good day with 10k steps! I am doing exercise to keep myself active and fit. @actifit allowing me to do some extra steps each day.
My normal steps for a day could be 5k to 6k and to make it 10k I always had to push myself and I had to walk or exercise or keep my phone with me while playing with kids.
It is important to understand the importance of exercise and each of us should do some exercise everyday.
Playing with kids would be a good solution for urban people if you don't have enough space around for walking or running.
Besides, as the current situation is not go with the outing so, it is wise to keep yourself busy at home with your family.
