My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2020
Hosanna and Good Palm Sunday Everyone,
Thanks for joining me and welcome to my fitness report. But before I proceed let me wish you a good Palm Sunday those of you who celebrate it at home. Hosanna!
So, today I woke up early and did my exercises in the living room.
Then stayed in the balcony and took some pictures of the sun rising. The sky and clouds looked beautiful with its strong vibrant energy colors.
I stayed in the balcony until passed 10AM just pacing up and down. And just walking around inside and outside of the house.
Outside the house I was going up and down the steps going towards the backyard and did some of my walk there as well.
And some nice flowers I saw and found nearby
I think it is best that I refrain from going around the neighborhood for awhile until this pandemic is resolved.

I don't blame you for staying in; we are doing likewise except our hiking trail is in the mountains and requires no car to go to. Because this social distancing is getting on peoples' nerves. But much cooperation is needed so we can get over the hump and level it out.
Lucky you and your hobby closer to the mountains just perfect for a good hiking workout. I'd have to travel to go on some kind of hiking like that.
