Wczoraj wieczorem dzwoni do mnie babcia i mówi, że sprzedaje garaż dziadka 😂 Jest on trochę za daleko od ich mieszkania, więc przestali z niego korzystać i od roku stał nieużywany i niszczał. Dziadek twierdzi, że się nie zgadzał na żadną sprzedaż, ale chyba wiedział, że opór przed transakcją nic nie wskura. Stan garażu nie był bynajmniej dobry, ale jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Wokoło powstało kilka osiedli szeregowców. Babcia niestety dała dużo za niską cenę, ale skoro zgodziła się na taką, to chyba nie wypada zmieniać zdania. Pacta sunt servanta. Ale do meritum, pierwszą część dnia spędziłem na wyprowadzce z garażu. Później trochę rowerka, specerow ale bez historii.

Yesterday, my grandma called me to tell she's selling granddad's garage 😂 It's a bit too far away from their house, so they stopped using it and it was left to decay for about a year. Grandfather says he didn't agree to it, but I guess he knew his resistance was futile. It's state was far from good but it's localisation is very good. In the area few new neighbourhoods were founded. Grandma accepted too small price for it, but didn't want to make her change her agreement. Pacta sunt servanta. But let's get back to meritum, the first part of the day I spent on moving out of garage. Later I had some bike ride, few errands.
