My Actifit Report Card: June 24 2020
Hey people!
Been a bit busy lately but I just laid down in my bed to rest and start to wind down for the day. Got motivated earlier to start moving around more so I decided to challenge myself and see how long I could go without sitting 🪑 after I got home. I made it for 2.5 hours, not bad.
Work today was nice with no real issues or anything. I feel like since the accident everything is at a slower pace, not as stressful and easier to deal with life. I guess that's just part of the territory when you've gone through an experience where your life flashed before your eyes...
After work we went out to eat and I got these amazing fajitas. Beef, chicken, and chorizo, yum! 😋
As for now, all this standing and slowly walking around the apartment has got me pretty tired but it's a good kind of tired 😊.
