My Actifit Report Card: March 31 2020
Today was a day to get out and enjoy some quiet time in the forest. No running or exercise-just some crystal hunting with Lulu near Payson, AZ.
It's always a fun time searching along the dry creek bed for loose quartz crystals with the dogs (only Lulu today as Bella wasn't feeling well). Since it is early in the season not many other people have come through so the collecting was pretty good and the day was just beautiful no matter how many stones I found.
Plus the nice Spring weather has started to make all of the trees and plants pop out with leaves and flowers.
A long day overall but tomorrow will be the time to get back training and some fasting to clear out my body. No gym work for the foreseeable future as the local fitness clubs are shut down. Oh well, guess I'll just have to be satisfied with running for now.
Next ultra is July 18th up near Colorado Springs. Hope this Coronavirus mess is cleared up by then. Stay healthy everyone.
