My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2020

Today was much colder than the last couple of days but it was very bright and sunny and when out of the wind and in the direct sun it was lovely.
Today started off with an 8k walk and then moved on to a little bike riding with my wife who’s not been on a bike in 25 years.

The walking was actually greater in distance and better yesterday, there was a lot of wind so not the best biking day even though it was a beautiful day!

Are you using a tool to post to both chains at the minute or are you maually doing them?
