My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2020

Another steaming hot dog here, although this morning when we went out walking it was perfect... just great for shorts and T-shirt.

I didn’t have much time, since I kinda slept in, so we did the lake loop.
The lake looked amazing!!

I did make it 5 kilometers before I had to get ready for work.

Work was busy, as it usually is this time of year. We’ve been on half hour lunches for about a mont now.
After work I went and visited my boss... haven’t seen her since March. I’m so lucky to have such a great leader.
Hopefully I’ll get up early enough tomorrow as well to get a walk in before work.
