My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2020

As temperatures has been rising over the last few days we were expecting a super busy day at work. None of the customer service reps was able to work extra, so I stepped in on the phones for a couple of hours this morning.
We didn’t go out for a walk until about 2pm... the hottest time of the day... I don’t know what I was thinking.
It ended up being more of a stroll than a walk... even brought water for the dog.

This little fella was sitting in a tree eating his lunch... patiently waiting for us getting done taking pictures.

The corn fields look like the could do with some water I guess...

Here’s some of the awesome butterflies, dragonflies and caterpillars that we saw today.

We walked through the woods behind the high school to get some shade.

The pond is still there..

We saw several little turtles.. could see their tiny heads sticking up on the surface.

We didn’t go very far, but in this heat, definitely far enough. Both the dog and I was happy to get inside where the air conditioner was blasting out cool air...

The rest of the day we were pretty much just relaxing and watching Lucifer on Netflix.
