Macrocosm in the garden. First trials of shooting with macro-rings - part 3 (10 pictures photo story)

Today I continue to share the results of my experiments with macro photography in the summer house garden.

As I said earlier, I bought myself an extension ring and decided to try them in practice. First, I set all three rings for maximum magnification. I talked about this in the first part.

Then I left only one big ring and continued to shoot. At first, I shot various hand-made objects. I talked about this in the second part.

Then I again returned to shooting nature. At first I saw an ant on a dandelion, and then I went specifically to look for insects.

The ant was moving very quickly over the dandelion and it was not easy for me to get a clear shot.

Then I went to the place where the firewood was. Small beetles were crawling over the wood. Here is one of them. Looks like a May beetle, but it was much smaller.

On the wood, the spiders weaved their webs, in which I found the caught insects.

The first one I am unable to identify. It seems that this is a very young insect that has not yet taken its final form after birth.

However, I still have a hunch that this is a young spider. I don't know which of the two guesses is closer to the truth.

I did not manage to identify this midge.

And here I met an ant again .

I again had to work hard to make a more or less clear shot.

Then I saw a spider on a tree. For a very long time I dreamed of getting a large photo of a spider.

But the spider hid under the bark of a tree and I had to stand for a long time and watch it.

After a while, he crawled out and I took a few shots. Almost all of them turned out to be blurry.

One shot was not so bad, but it is still difficult to see the spider.

Macro photography without additional light turned out to be quite difficult. This is especially true for insects.

I strongly recommend to open the photo in a separate tab to appreciate it.
